Cleaning and Disinfection of Cooling Systems
EPSCO’s Microsolve system for simultaneous cleaning and disinfection of cooling towers provides many advantages over traditional cleaning methods. Our in-situ cleaning methods save time and effort while delivering the highest levels of cleanliness allowing towers to return to service quickly and safely. Pre and post borescope and digital images are captured to prove cleanliness and our range of treatments can remove everything from scale to biological fouling. Our trained and competent teams have experience of treating towers from the smallest evaporative condensers to the largest hyperbolic cooling towers.
Cleaning and Disinfection of Process Tanks
EPSCO’s EPsolve system provide an innovative way to simultaneously clean and disinfect process water tanks removing the limitations of traditional cleaning. Our treatment & application methods remove the need for additional service’s (scaffolding etc), reducing contamination rates & system downtime. EPSolve method/chemicals effectively removing 100% of biological, organic & inorganic deposits within 20 minutes, whilst remaining more environmentally friendly using less water and non-environmentally pollutant chemicals.
Cleaning and Disinfection of Steep Tanks & Drums
Steep tanks and drums in Maltings can build up heavy organic deposits due to the warm conditions they operate in. Pressure washing can have a limited effect and procedures can involve long periods in Confined Spaces. EPSCO have developed a chemical cleaning procedure that will remove even the toughest deposits leaving the steeps and drums looking brand new! Our system is fast with the ability to clean up to 16 large steep tanks or 6 drums to the highest standard in a day with a four operative team.
Cleaning of Plate Heat Exchangers
Our chemical treatments can be tailored to tackling a range of deposits found in Plate Heater Exchangers and Condenser vessels. Fouling such as scale, organics and beerstone (Calcium Oxalate) can be effectively removed. Our treatments are carried out in-situ removing the hassle of dismantling heaters and replacing gaskets at every clean. Removing these deposits is essential to ensuring cooling efficiency. Cleaning in this way reduces downtime and effort.
